WE ARE HERE TO HELP

We will Gladly accommodate an exchange within 7 days on all hair extensions and accessories that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

First Reach out to us VIA Email with any problems and concerns about your order. Then will discuss what you would like to exchange your current item for. Also at the time we will instruct you on where to send back your items. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost unless it was a mistake on our part. Please Note we will not send out any items until we receive and inspect the exchange.

All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unraveling, or no cutting of the weft (unused). All Accessories must be UNWORN. You are allowed to exchange our Products but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3 business days to process your order & Payment, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. If your order is placed after 4pm CST, your order will begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING

Allow 3 business days for processing before shipping, Shipping takes 3-4 Business days.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. We Only Ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 24/48 hours to receive. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 3 business days, please double check your junk/spam folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We Are not Responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Please Double Check Your Address and email for accuracy. If inaccurate addresses and emails are provided, this may delay your order and may take a few extra days to process.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. Our recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
